Offer Details: Qualified customers who purchase and install a new high-efficiency heating system (furnace or heat pump) during the promotion period will receive a free conventional water heater. Offer applies to standard tank models only. Tank upgrades, additional labour, and installation may be subject to extra charges. 3. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from December 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Purchase agreements must be signed, and installation must be completed no later than January 31, 2026, to qualify. 4. Limitations: Offer is valid while equipment and installation capacity remain available. One free water heater per household. Offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases and cannot be combined with other discounts, rebates, or promotional offers. 5. Determination of Eligibility: Eligibility is subject to verification by Pope & Sons. Customers must ensure safe and accessible installation conditions. If unsafe, non-compliant, or non-standard conditions are identified, additional charges may apply or installation may be declined at the installer’s discretion. 6.
